Özet: Gelibolu cephesinde verilen kayıpların 100. yılı anısına Avusturalyalılar tarafından hazırlanmış 7 bölümlük bir mini dizi. Avustralya’nın en büyük bağımsız prodüksiyon ekibi Endemol Australia tarafından 3 aylık bir zaman dilimi içerisinde çekilmiş.
Hikayeyi bu kez 4 sıkı arkadaşın cephede yaşadıkları üzerinden izliyoruz. 8 ay sürecek bu mücadelede gencecik bedenlerin kumandanların kibri uğruna nasıl harcandığını, daha büyüyemeden nasıl da kendilerini savaş meydanında bulduklarını, gerçeklerle yüzleşmelerini, tereddütlerini, korkularını, ülkeleri uğruna gerçek birer asker olma çabalarını, kısacası onlarla birlikte gencecik yaşta cepheye gitmenin nasıl bir şey olduğunu görüyoruz.
Başından sonunu biliyor olsak da hikayeyi Avusturalyalıların bakış açısıyla izliyor oluşumuz diziyi izlenir kılıyor. İçe gerçekten oturan, başarılı Türk-Anzak sahnelerine bol bol yer verilmiş.
