Ülkenin en büyük kozmetik firmalarından Rackham Parfümleri'nin sahibi William Rackham'ın hayatı çekiciliği ve zekâsıyla Londra'nın gece âleminde nam salmış olan Sugar adlı hayat kadınıyla tanıştığı andan itibaren değişir.


Sugar, William'ın işlerinden fırsat buldukça yapabildiği kısa ziyaretlerle yetinmeyecek kadar akıllı bir kadındır, amacı sevgilisinin hasta olduğunu bildiği karısı ve küçük kızıyla birlikte yaşadığı Rackham malikânesine bir biçimde adım atmaktır. Bunu başarmak için aklını ve çekiciliğini kullanmaktan hiç çekinmeyecek ve sonunda hem William'ın hem de kendisinin hayatında yepyeni bir sayfa açmayı başaracaktır...
